This October/November marks two years since we first began life as an online literary journal.

To celebrate this milestone, we have decided to close submissions for the month of October in order that we may publish a special issue in November made up of our favourite stories, poems, essays, and photographs that we have published so far. We also hope to have new pieces by those same contributors.

The special ‘Best of so far’ November issue will act as a sort of recap of what Alice and I believe The Bohemyth is about and, hopefully, it will give new readers and submitters a better understanding of what we are looking for going forward.

We want to step up our game in 2015 and to that end we are working on a number of plans which we will be revealing in the coming months. This is just the start.
