Denise O’Donnell

Denise O’Donnell has worked in the photography industry for over ten years. The actual taking of the photographs is not the one that pays the bills but it is her most favourite hobby and that’s just the way she likes it. The subjects of her photography have changed over the past few years, mainly since the arrival of her two crazy toddlers whose faces now saturate her SD cards. She does, every so often get to break away and take on some other perspectives – one being derelict houses around Leitrim. Denise loves how the colours emerge from the decay and linger in an eerie still life silence, how these elements when left to their own devices create their own art and of course the thrill of breaking and entering…
